How can I Help? The sequestration has impacted most of our agencies, training and travel have been curtailed and funds formerly dedicated to supporting diversity efforts have been trimmed. SAIGE is feeling the effects of these cutbacks; one of the critical areas affected is our Youth Track. Additionally, the Youth Track is growing and we have applications for students to attend this year’s training program. The American Indian Higher Education Consortium will be sending an additional group of students to the training program. However, we do not yet have full funding for the regular applicants.
